• meaning

The meaning of the song is that the person don't want to be indoors alone he wants to be with someone but not treated like someone else he only wants to be treated as himself. The song is trying to tell people to be themselves when they are with someone and not let them control who you are. Another meaning is that the main person in the band is telling a story of a person he knows that is going thought this and he is trying to help them. 

• imagery,

Person is in a relationship and it is going bad for him and he wants out but on the other hand don't want to be alone. The song also makes me think the person is hiding away his true self because he is scared of showing his true self so he is always hiding away.

• narrative,

Person is in a reltationship and it is going bad for him and he wants out but can't push themselves to get out because they don't want to be alone after they leave them. They feel trapped and can't find their way out so they try and do things and try and not put them selves down and feel like nothing.

Lost In Society

Lost in society is a punk rock band that was founded in 2004 with only 3 band members.
The band don't really have a image as they normally wear normal clothing so items of clothing like plain shirts or imaged on t-shrits jeans jumpers. while they are singing the music. The band creative concept don't seem to have anything new.





Lost in Society is based out of Asbury Park, New Jersey. Founded in late 2004. the trio got their start in 2004 where they was on a show at the PNC bank center in holdall, when they was still in start of highschool. after awhile they recorded their first EP gone with Jon Leidersdorff of lake house music. around 2009 they went back to the studio again with Leidersdorff and then the realised their first full length album Easten Empire in early 2010. In 2011 the band went home with the gold in Metromix's breakthru band competition. In the summer of 2011 the trio was asked to open for bands such as The Bouncing souls, strike anywhere and the Misfits.

Type of music we was looking for.

the music we was looking for was reasonably unknown so we can experience what it would be like in the real industry. The song must be reasonably upbeat because Then we will be able to see the changing in paste so make the music video fast at some points and slow at some points changing the speed of the editing with it as well. The song must not be boring because then the music video will not look that interesting. The music video can't be rap because the lip-syncing is very difficult and will take a lot of practice and concentration on getting every word to look like the person is saying it right at the right time and paste.The song must not contain any swearing. We looking on different places the main place were we started to look was youtube where we found a few bands but they had music videos already created for them so we started to look on a website called unsigned where we found a band and we tried to get in touched with them thought twitter but no response so we emailed a letter to them explaining what we was doing.

Copyright is used for many ways of keeping people's ideas of a music video to themselves.

• Copyright stops people from stealing intellectual property.
• Stops people from re-posting music videos without the the person who created it in the first place permission.
• Re-using material that we don't have permission to (making a new version)

Ways of being able to make a music video of it is by

• giving credit to the original artist
• Seeking permission from twitter, calling them, email or explaining our intentions

Copyright penalties

Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 defines the penalties of breaking copyright laws. The maximum penalty on conviction on indictment is ten years imprisonment. 6 months imprisonment is the maximum penalty on conviction and or a fine of £5,000.

Both songs at the start of around 30 seconds sound the same even if the song ice ice baby has added a few more sounds you can still hear the same start of the song under pressure.

Vanilla ice became a household word for a while, not because of his talent but because of the copyright infringement that occurred in 1990 when it came to light that he had sampled Queen and David Bowie's ''under pressure'' without consent or license. Ice Ice Baby hit number one on the charts in the united states. Vanilla ice altered the rhythm of the baseline thinking he would thereby avoid any questions of credit, royalties, license or even permission. This case never went to court as it was clear that vanilla ice had stolen the sample without permission. he settled out of court with Queen and David Bowie for an undisclosed but very likely very high amount. ice ice baby has been released in many different versions, since then, with all of the legal procedures followed.
